My lifelong passion and commitment to great food was inspired by growing up in Seattle next to one of the oldest farmers’ markets in the United States, the Pike Place Market. I spent my teenage years working in the Market at an Italian kitchen, learning from innovative chefs who focused on using fresh and high quality ingredients. At home I learned cooking techniques from watching my mother, whose improvisation and intuition always created a great meal.
After moving to Bucks County, I spent more than a decade at Côté & Co Specialty Foods, both cooking and catering. Now that I have the good fortune to earn a living as a caterer with Anna P’s Catering, I am pleased to bring back many of the old Côté favorites as well as the wholesome and delicious approaches of West Coast cooking to this area. At Anna P’s, we cater all types of events ranging from intimate dinners to large outdoor weddings. Our a la carte menus allow us to deliver on each client’s distinct vision and budget.
